主題概念館 & 模型展示廳

本案位於南港經貿特區，這個腹地比信義計畫區大五倍以上的新興開發區，是政府重點開發的經貿特區。為了讓客人清楚瞭解特區開發，在沙盤展區以地面互動的方式分區介紹，並表現出本案在特區的相對優勢。同時，在模型展區也以隔空選取的互動方式，分段介紹建案的設計概念。

 

Concept Exhibition Hall & Model Room

TGB Residence project is located in Nan-Gang Economic and Trade Park. This new development area, which is 5 times bigger than the Xin-Yi Planning District, is government's major economic development scheme. In order to profile the area's establishments, we set up an interactive presentation on the blue-print floor and demonstrate its location's outstanding advantages in the area. In the model room, we use interactive selection mechanism to introduce different aspects of the project and its design concept.
