Urban Elite's Moving Castle
A large department store window form is used to show the unique advantages in location, transportation, and urban elite lifestyle of this project. Through specially designed perspective composition, multiple-layered scenes, strong Art Deco visual and the constantly flowing images seen through the train windows, the MRT, the surrounding urban life and the natural environment are thus linked together.

國際級地標建築體驗空間
利用原本百貨公司大廳內絶佳的挑高條件,加上大型精品百貨可見到外露式電梯作為創意靈感,在空間中預藏了五台升降式超大型屏幕,再配合舞台式的燈光與音響設計,創造出驚奇的垂直動態展演效果,也讓來訪客人親身體驗地標建築的大器與氣勢。

International Landmarks Experience Space
Utilizing the perfect high ceiling ground floor of the department store, along with the creative inspiration from panoramic elevators, we install five super large screens with lift system inside the showroom, coupled with the stage-style lighting and sound design to create a surprising visual effect of the vertical dynamic performance, but also allow visiting guests to experience the grand design of the landmark architecture.

本案在多媒體展演的設計策略上,刻意凸顯基地前身是百貨公司的意象及地標意義,利用新的展演形式,重新包裝舊有的百貨公司空間。除了引起好奇並增加話題性,也企圖營造成為台北市最受注目的豪宅精品店。
Because the base of this project has a magnificent past as a regional department store, we deliberately emphasized its landmark meaning for our design strategy. We use new forms of presentation to raise people’s curiosity but also reopen the old building as the most eye-catching luxury residence boutique in Taipei.
